Article I – Name
The name of the corporation shall be Anonymous Web.

The principal place of business shall be located at:

The corporation may establish additional offices or branches as determined by the Board of Directors.
Article III – Purpose
The primary purpose of Anonymous Web is to operate as a digital media and online content management company, engaging in:
- Web development, digital marketing, and media production.
- Management of online business pages and social media assets.
- Advertising, branding, and information technology services.
- Any other lawful business activity permitted under Bangladeshi law and international digital commerce standards.
Article IV – Duration
The duration of the corporation shall be perpetual, commencing upon the filing of these Articles of Incorporation.

The Director & CEO, Kavin Pulsen, holds full and exclusive rights to:
- Administer all company accounts and digital properties.
- Enter into contracts and agreements.
- Represent the company in front of government and digital authorities, including Meta Platforms, Inc.
Article X – Amendments
These Articles of Incorporation may be amended by written resolution of the Director & CEO, subject to applicable business laws and corporate governance procedures.
