BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir on Thursday afternoon visited Dr Syed Abdullah Md Taher, the nayeb-e-ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and a former MP, who is undergoing treatment at a city hospital.
During the visit, Fakhrul inquired about Taher’s health, exchanged pleasantries, and asked about the progress of his treatment.
He also wished Dr Taher a speedy recovery and good health.
The visit was confirmed in a notice signed by Mujibul Alam, senior secretary of Jamaat’s publicity department.
