NSU Alumni US, the United States–based alumni network of North South University, continues to serve as an active platform for cultural celebration, professional networking, and intellectual exchange among Bangladeshi-American professionals.

Through large-scale programs and curated events, NSU Alumni USA regularly engages artists, educators, and subject-matter experts whose work demonstrates international relevance and professional distinction.

On Saturday, Rivertel Thikana Presents organized the NSU Alumni USA Cultural Gala Night at Maleen Banquet Hall in Jamaica, New York.

The event brought together alumni, professionals, creatives, and community members from across the United States for an evening that blended cultural performances with forward-looking discussion.

The program featured live musical performances by Protic Hasan, Rafi Alam, Jon Kabir, BIM Band, and DJ Rahat. A professionally curated fashion segment was directed by fashion choreographer AB Waliuddin Chowdhury, adding a contemporary visual presentation to the evening’s cultural showcase.

A central highlight of the event was the invited appearance of RobinRafan, an AI educator, author, and digital content creator, who participated as a Special Guest Speaker. RobinRafan delivered a focused address on “The Future of Artificial Intelligence and Its Impact on Real Life and Career Development,” examining how emerging AI technologies are reshaping education, creative industries, and global career pathways.

During his talk, RobinRafan discussed practical, real-world applications of artificial intelligence, ethical adoption, and the long-term implications of AI-driven transformation for professionals and students alike. The session was directed toward a U.S.-based audience of alumni and professionals, reflecting the international scope and relevance of his work in AI education.

In addition to his speaking engagement, RobinRafan is recognized globally for his contributions to AI education through large-scale training initiatives. Through his AI Masterclass programs, he has provided advanced AI filmmaking and production-level training to more than 6,500 content creators worldwide. His instruction focuses on elevating creators from traditional content production to advanced AI-driven cinematic filmmaking, including realistic AI human acting, visual effects, prompt engineering, and end-to-end film production workflows using artificial intelligence tools. Participants from multiple countries have applied this training in professional, educational, and creative settings, demonstrating the international reach and impact of his work.

Event organizers noted that the inclusion of an AI-focused keynote within a major alumni and cultural gathering reflects NSU Alumni USA’s commitment to integrating forward-looking educational discourse alongside cultural celebration. The invitation of RobinRafan as a special guest speaker underscored his recognized expertise, leadership, and growing international profile in the field of artificial intelligence education.
