To further strengthen Bangladesh’s technology business ecosystem, once again, a grand “Walton–Intel Tech Gala Night” was held in Dhaka.

The event was jointly hosted by US-based global technology giant Intel and Bangladesh’s leading technology brand Walton Computer, bringing together key business partners from across the sector.

At the gala night, Walton and Intel showcased their latest cutting-edge technology products currently available in the market, along with a range of upcoming tech solutions.

Focusing on performance, enterprise usability, smart solutions and customer experience.

The organizers highlighted the future direction of the technology sector—generating significant interest among attending partners.

The event took place on December 23 at Le Méridien Dhaka, presided over by Walton Digi-Tech Industries Limited’s Managing Director SM Monjurul Alam Ovee.

Senior officials from various government and private organizations attended the function.

Zia Manzur, Intel’s country manager for Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Pakistan, and Boon Hau Poh, field application engineer, briefed business partners on Intel’s upcoming technologies, processor innovations, enterprise solutions and new opportunities for customers. 

A presentation outlining Walton’s growing strength in the country’s technology sector, its innovation-driven local manufacturing capabilities, and advanced tech solutions tailored to market demand along with Walton’s computer products roadmap for 2026 were presented to partners.

One of the major attractions of the gala night was the display center and experience zone featuring various Walton Computer products, where participants could directly experience the performance and features of modern technology devices.

The display featured Walton’s high-configuration desktops and laptops, including Intel’s latest 14th-generation high-performance processors, along with advanced all-in-one PCs, Walton tablets, monitors, keyboards, mouse, CCTV cameras and XVR solutions, e-bikes and other smart devices. Walton’s newly introduced nine models of e-bikes drew special attention from attendants.

Senior officials from public and private organizations closely observed the performance, design and user-friendly features of the products and expressed highly positive feedback regarding their practical application potential.

Among the guests at the event, MIST Commandant Major General Md. Nasim Parvez, and ICB Islamic Bank’s managing director Mojibur Rahman spoke on the occasion.
