A microbus caught fire in the capital’s Uttara. The microbus belongs to Nadim Hasan, the brother of the banned former Awami League MP Habib Hasan.
The incident took place on Monday afternoon.
Turag Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md Monirul Islam confirmed this information to Dhaka Tribune.
He said the incident took place on Road No-21, Sector No-14, Uttara, at around 3:45pm. Someone set fire to a microbus parked in front of Nadim Hasan’s house. Local people, with the help of the police, extinguished the fire. but the microbus was burnt.
