Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, recorded the season’s lowest temperature on Friday, according to the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD).
The Dhaka Meteorological Office reported a temperature of 13.5°C on Friday morning — the lowest recorded so far this season, said Shahnaj Sultana, a meteorologist.
Earlier, the temperature was 14°C on Thursday.
Meanwhile, the lowest temperature in the country was recorded at 10.2°C in Rajshahi over the 24 hours until 6 pm on Thursday, while the highest temperature was 29°C in Teknaf.
