The Election Commission on Monday held a meeting with Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami to discuss issues related to the upcoming 13th national parliamentary election and referendum.
The meeting began around 11:30am at the Election Commission in Agargaon, with Chief Election Commissioner AMM Nasir Uddin presiding. Other election commissioners were also present.
A six-member Jamaat delegation, led by the party’s Secretary General Mia Golam Parwar, attended the meeting.
