Naogaon police have recovered 150 mobile phones that were lost at different times.

At a programme held at the conference room of the Superintendent of Police’s office on Monday, SP Mohammad Safiul Sarwar, BPM, handed over lost phones to their owners.

According to police sources, after general diaries were filed by victims in connection with lost or stolen phones, Naogaon police used information technology to track and recover the handsets from different parts of the country.

The SP said that the district police are always active in maintaining law and order, and remain committed to keeping the overall situation in the district stable.

He also urged mobile phone users to be cautious while using their devices and advised them to file general diary with the nearest police station without delay if their phones are lost or stolen.

Senior officers of the district police were present at the event.
