Two members of the July Rebels organization were critically after being attacked indiscriminately with sharp weapons in Dhaka’s Uttara on Saturday evening.
The injured were identified as Yasin, 19, and Rezwan, 22.
Uttara East Police Station Officer-in-Charge Morshed Alam confirmed the matter, according to media reports.
The incident occurred in Sector 4 of Uttara when the two were returning from a human chain program protesting the shooting of Inqilab Mancha spokesperson Osman Hadi.
They were rescued in critical condition and taken to USB Specialized Hospital in Sector 6 of Uttara, adjacent to Rajuk College.
